Council's Convention Registration Form:  (No Registration form available as of 2/18)

This MUST be completed and turned in with payment

Complete the Council's Convention Registration form and bring your payment to the March meeting. 

Remember, husbands and wives MUST register separately, but register children on only one parents' form.

Hotel  Registration Form: 

This MUST be completed and turned in with payment

The hotel is the Spinnaker on 18th Street.  

We must sell all of the North building in order to have hospitality room.

TENTATIVE LIST OF EVENTS: (Below is general schedule which is added to give an idea of the convention schedule.  It will be updated when available)

12:00PM - 6:00 PM Souvenir Pickup
6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Convention Welcome Social (beer, food, and soda available for purchase at Castle in the Sand or outdoor grill)
6:30 PM - 10:00 PM Open Mike Night / Karaoke begins at 7:30PM (no contest, no prizes, just fun!)

Fri:
8:00 AM Mini Golf Tournament TBD and unlikely
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Souvenir Pickup
12:00 PM Scavenger Hunt Starts at Castle in the Sand (meet at 11:30 - no car needed! Hunt confined to the Castle in the Sands property)
1:30 PM BINGO in the Main Tent
3:00 PM Horseshoes Tournament on the beach at Castle in the Sand
3:00 PM Beer and Soda Trucks Open!
3:00 PM Corn Hole Competition
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Dunk Tank
5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Tailgate Party catered by Beefalo Bob
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Roost Karaoke Contest

10:00 AM Parade starts at 19th Street (Johnny Unitas Way) and Baltimore Avenue - Line Up at 8:30 AM Reviewing Stand at 26th St. and Baltimore Ave.

***NOTES TO RR18 MEMBERS AND GUESTS AT THE CONVENTION***

At The Castle in the Sand, Convention badges must be worn for beer, soda, and food.

Please have your driver's license or other legal ID with you at all times.
Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without proper age identification.

Due to local Liquor and City Ordinances, you are not allowed to bring your own alcohol to the beach or to Castle in the Sand during these events. 

All alcoholic drinks must be purchased from Castle in the Sand or distributed from the Council's beer truck.

PLEASE, NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE PERMITTED AT ANY TIME !
